This is a first-class, executive hangar with out-standing amenities and must be seen to be fully appreciated.

Main hangar is 118' deep X 120' wide (14,460 sq. ft.). Total main floor area is 16,744 sq. ft. Total upstairs area is 2,712 sq. ft. Total usable area is 19,486 sq. ft.

Kitchen and dining area: 22.5' X 28' (630 sq. ft.). Office: 12' X 17' (204 sq. ft.). Two bedrooms and showers 42' X 28' (1,176 sq. ft.).

Main entry and stairway 8' X 25’ (200 sq. ft.). Entry is 14' X 10' (140 sq. ft.). Laundry and owner's garage is 60' X 24' (1,440 sq. ft.). Upstairs storage area is 64' X 24' (1,536 sq. ft.).

The hangar is located at Mansfield Lahm airport which is about 60 miles from Cleveland, Columbus, Akron, Lima and the Toledo area. Mansfield Lahm is one of the finest airports in Ohio and is fully-equipped with IFR equipment.

Main hangar doors are 90' wide and open on rails. Doors are well-sealed. Hangar was designed for Gulfstreams.

The entire kitchen area including two pantries, upstairs bedrooms, bath areas, office area, hallways and stairways are all beautifully carpeted. Ceilings are 10 foot high in living areas. Cable, internet, alarm and phone wiring exist throughout the complex. Satellite weather system is installed utilizing outdoor tower. Domestic satellite system is installed on outside tower that covers office and living area.

Highly-sophisticated, fire and burglar system throughout with four infrared light beams shinning across the main hanger ceiling with end-of-line protectors on all circuits. Fire alarm has strobe and audible signaling devices throughout the complex. All systems can dial out the alarm status.

All indoor living areas are fire-proofed to high UL and NFA standards. All wiring is in non-visible conduits. Static grounds for aircraft are in concrete throughout hangar area. Living-area concrete floor is 6" thick with #6 wire mesh and 3/4" rebar. The rebar is welded together in the main hangar area. Main stairways are constructed out of ten-gage, welded steel.

The concrete floor is 12" thick with #6 wire mesh and 3/4" welded rebar where the aircraft is parked and driven. All concrete floors have a .006" plastic vapor barrier. Main hangar has four layers of fuel and liquid-resistant polyurethane coating. Main inside hangar floor was laser-leveled. Main outside hangar ramp is 10" thick concrete with #6 wire mesh and 3/4" rebar.

The inside of the hangar walls are insulated with min. R30 fiberglass insulation and are covered throughout with aluminum siding. Entire hangar is fitted with fire extinguishers consisting of spray Halon and CO2.

All indoor and outdoor lights are controlled by low-voltage switches and relays. Large outdoor floods are used. Large, outside, side-parking area with flood lights for guests. Four, inside-parking areas for quests with separate overhead doors. All overhead doors are electrically controlled.

Plumbing systems are protected against fuel spills. Hot-water circulating system in living areas. All living space is heated and air-conditioned with Carrier equipment. Controls are electronic. All other areas are heated with special, gas, infrared heaters and are very fuel-efficient. All doors are heavy-duty steel with UL fire label.
